3. Bookings & Payments
Payments are processed securely through our platform. Velorent may deduct applicable service fees before transferring earnings to the host's registered bank account.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies depend on the booking type and timing. Velorent reserves the right to resolve disputes fairly between hosts and renters.
5. User Responsibilities
Users must not misuse the platform, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activities. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of the account.
6. Limitation of Liability
Velorent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including vehicle damage, loss of income, or service delays.
7. Account Termination
Velorent reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws, without prior notice.
